WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, provemcritsthereotrereeted,sitrmir

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated June 3, 1986 made by County of Suffolk and
/ recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 17, 1986 in Liber 10060
of Conveyances at Page 420, said parcel consisting of approximately 3.86
acres.

Said premises are shown on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000

Said premises are more particularly described on Schedule A attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
`x HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.

and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road, said
point also being the southeasterly corner of premises to be
described: thence from said point of beginning north 41 degrees
20 minutes 40 seconds west, 204 . 91 feet; thence north 25 degrees
16 minutes 00 seconds west 309.44 feet to a "Road" ; Thence along
the southerly side of said "Road" on the arc of a curve bearing
to the right having a radius of 616. 16 feet a distance of 327 . 15
to a point; thence south 21 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds east,
