TOGETHER with all the estate and rights of the party of the first part, if any,
In and to a right of way to said premises granted for motor vehicles, teams,
the erection of poles for stringing wires and persons on foot to pass and
repass as conveyed to Helen M. Tilford by Walter Feguson and Julia L. Ferguson,
his wife by Deed recorded in Liber 967 of Deeds, page 196, in the Office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County, New York. The westerly side of said right of
way begins at a mere stone on the southerly side of East End Road, which sakrs
the northeast corner of Alfred L. Fergusons's property;
THENCE the westerly line runs South 9-6' East, a distance of 1060 feet, sore or
less to the above described premises. This right of way is 30 feet wide
throughout its full length.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed from RobertDaniel Gray, as Ancillary Executor
of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth C. Gray dated 11/28/77 and
recorded 12/8/77 in Liber 8356 cp 407 in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office.
