WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second partforever,

THENCE South 3 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds- East along the westerly side of saie
Right of Way 84.92 feet to a pipe and land now or formerly George Antiuk ,
formerly J.C. Newton;
THENCE South 77 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds West along last mentioned land
.120.40 feet to a point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of ingress to and egress from said premises for pedestrians
and vehicles over a right of way 22 feet wide from the above described property
to Fox Avenue.
Said premises being and intended to be the same premises as—conveyed to the parte
of the first part in deed made by Albert D. Dawson and Dorothy- M. Dawson, his
wife, dated May 2, 1964 and recorded May 5, 1964 in Liber 5537 cp 580.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises hereingranted unto the party bf the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
