B.I~ING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Alicia V. Reeve, now deceased, by
deed dated February 4, 1986 which deed was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
8nffolk on February 7, 1986 in Liber 9975 at page 48.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to say streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and aisc all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of the dec. dent's death in said
premises, and aisc the estate therein, which the party of~he first part has or has power to convey or dispose
of, whether individual, or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the pr=raises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
suc~ssors and assigns otthe party of thc s~cond part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of thc t~trst part has not done or suffered anything
whe~by the said premises have been incumbgred in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the fu-~c part, in compliance with Section 13 &the Lien Law, covenants that the party o£
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to r=c=ive such
consideration as a trust fired to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part &the total of
the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
