TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premiss to thc center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights &the party of thc first part in and to
said premises,

successors and assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

near Mattituck,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and Slate of New York,
known and designated as Lot No. 26 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Subdivision of Saltaire Estates, Town of Southold, at Mattituck, Suffolk County,
New York", dated March 22, 1966 and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on August 3, 1966 as Map Number 4682. Said Lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Saltaire Way distant 242.97 feet
from the Southerly side of an arc of a curve which forms the intersection of
