of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot No. 2 on a certain map entitted, "Map of Nunnakoma Waters at Southold,
N.Y." and flied in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 9, 1968
as Map No.. 5126, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Wampum Way distant South 10
degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East, 145 feet from the intersection of the
