TOGMM with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part to the land under the waters of Block Island Sound adjoining said premises and in and to any land which may be between the meander line as set forth in the above description and the actual high water mark. BEING the same premises conveyed by Lucy Stover Hockmeyer to Ella Milbank Foshay by deed dated October 3, 1957 and recorded an October 8, 1957 in Liber 4373, Page 110, and by William Ward Foshay, as ancillary executor of the last will and testament of Ella Milbank Foshay, to William Ward Foshay, individually, by deed dated July 26, 1984 and recorded on August 6, 1984 in Liber 9615, Page 221. --- - JULIETTE A.
