distant 297.0 feet Easterly from the point where the southwest corner
of land of Long Island Lighting Company intersects the easterly end
of the Main (State) Road, as measured along the northerly line of said
right of way, and which said point of beginning is where the easterly
line of land of Betsy Latham intersects the northerly line of said
right of way;
RUNNING THENCE along said land conveyed herein as Parcel I, North 63
degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East 280.74 feet to land now or formerly
of Nicholas Schick.
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Nicholas Schick two courses:
(1) South 12 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East 247.16 feet to a
monument;
