PARCEL 1
All that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island now or formedy owned by Fishers Island
Corporation (which podion now is or formedy was called the "Park"), lying eastedy of
the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of land now or formerly owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the
shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean (as said tract was constituted prior to
the extension thereof by the acquisition of additional lands in condemnation proceedings
instituted in 1942) and running thence northerly following the east boundary of the said
tract of land now or formedy of the United States (as the same was con'sfituted prior to
such extension thereof) to the southerly Iine of East End Road (sometimes cal~ed Oriental
Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of said tract of land now or formedy
of the United States (as the same was constituted prior to such extension thereof); thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of
West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northeasterly side of a road forty feet wide,
said monume~ being 4709.02 feet North of a point which is 2436.91 feet East of another
monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"NIN" (which said "NIN" monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking
the south shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and
Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along the northeasterly side of said mad (and following
the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 643.06 feet and the direction of whose radius
at that point is North 68 degrees 38 minutes 12 seconds East), 60.02 feet to a stake;
THENCE still along the northeasterly side of said road North 26 degrees 42 minutes 40
seconds West, 21.09 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the left whose radius is
3417.29 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 63 degrees17 minutes
20 seconds West;
THENCE northerly still along the northeasterly side of said road and following the arc of
said curve, 239.72 feet to a stake;
THENCE North 72 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East. 312.50 feet to the shore of
Fishers Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South 69 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds
East, 53.10 feet, North 38 degrees 57 minutes 20 seconds East, 60.44 feet, South 34
degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds East, 35.23 feet, and South 04 degrees 00 minutes 10
seconds East, 47.42 feet to a stake;
THENCE South 37 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West, 416.63 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
PARCEL 2
All that lot or parcel of land in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island formerly owned by Fishers Island Corporation
(which portion now is or formerly was called the =Park"), lying easterly of the following line,
viz;
BEGINNING at the southeasterly comer of land now or formerly owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wdght Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the
shore of Block island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following
the east boundary of the said land now or fomnerly of the United States to the southerly
line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the

East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor or
Fishers Island Sound, said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:

shore of Fishers Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South 13 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds
East, 168 feet and South 55 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East, 110.67 feet to a stake;
THENCE South 72 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West, 312.50 feet to a stake set on
the northeasterly side of said road;
THENCE northwestwardly along the northeasterly side of said road ( and following the arc
of a curve to the left whose radius is 3417.29 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 59 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds West, 233.04 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
