WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten and 00/100-($10.00)--Dollars, and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the patty of the second pert
forever,
Ail that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situated at Mattituck, $outhold Town, Suffolk County,
New York, known and described at Lot Nos. 3 and 5 on a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map Section
One of Property of George I. Tuthill and others, situate at Laurel, Town of Southold, N.Y." surveyed March
28, 1928 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Greenport, N.Y., Surveyor and flle¢l in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on January 15, 1929 as Map Nc. 861.
BEING AND iNTENDED TO BE the same premises as described in deed made by Robert L. Young and
Alma Young, his wife, Katherine B. Tuthill, wife of George G. Tuthill, and George I. Tulhill and George G.
Tuthill recorded 11/2411944 in Libor 2407 cp 303 (part of premises); and by deed from Robert L. Young,
widower, George G. Tuthill and Kathe[ine B. Tuthill, his wife, recorded 6/16/53 in Libor 3531 cp 524.
TOGETHER with all dght, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pad in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said I~emises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the s~cond part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold lhe right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any par[ of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
