Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y., surveyed June 28~', 1922 by Otto W.
Van Tuyl, C.E., and Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y." as and by Lot No. 58.
SAID promises above described being also designated as Lot No. 58 on map

Properties, Inc., situate at Nassau Point, Suffolk County, N.Y., surveyed by
Wallace H. Halsey, C.E., Southampton, N.Y., June 1919" and filed in the
