BARGAIN AND SALE DEED ~ ~~
I THIS INDENTURE, made the J 3 ~ day of .d?~ , 1':184
I BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipal corporation
of the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901,
party of the first part,
AND JOSEPH DeCHIARA, 33-20 85th Street, Jackson Heights,
New York 11372, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part pursuant to
Resolution Number 663-l9~4 adopted by the Suffolk County
Legislature on July 5, 1984 and thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on July 10, 1984, in consideration of ten dollars
and other valuab~e consideration paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL, that certain J;>lot, piece or parcel of land with
ar!.Y bui.ldi.ngu and 1mprovemcnts thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of S,outhold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, and acquired by Tax Deed
on February 10, 1981, from Jean H. Tuthill, the County

February II, 1981, in Liber 8959/ cp 174, and otherwise known
as and by Town of Southold, N-Ma~n Rd-Ano; E-Ernest Redford; S-
Lake; W-Dieserud-Ano.,
TOGETHER.:WCitti'alTright, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting, ~he ,ab~ve-d~,scribed premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
arty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
ecord, if any.
AND the l?arty of the first part, in compliance with Section
13 of the L~en Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first
art will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
old the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
