$outhold Town, Suffolk County, New York, comprising on a map entitled "Amended
Map A of Nassau Point'~ filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 156 on
August 16, 1922, a part of Lot 246, the Island off-shore of Lot 246 and certain
meadow land in between said Bland and Lot 246. all more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Wunneweta Pond, said
point being South 19 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 176.97 feet from a concrete
monument sat at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 226 as shown on said map and being
the Northwesterly comer of land now or formerly of Posialico and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Posialico South 22 degrees
04 minutes 20 seconds West 155 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of
said Wunneweta Pond, as same existed on June 19, 1992~
RUNNING THENCE along sam ordinary high water mark of Wunneweta Pond,
Westerly and then Northerly and then Easterly and then again Northerly along a
bulkhead an undetermined distance to land now or formerly of Bayles;
RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 39 minutes 30 seconds East 220 feet more or
less to said ordinary higl~ water mark of Wunneweta Pond;
RUNNING THENCE Southerly along said ordinary high water mark of Wunneweta
