WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other valuable considerations paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the southerly line of a twenty-five (25)
foot strip of land reserved for a right of way, said stake being about
two hundred thirty (230) feet northerly from the Bay and one hundred
fifty (150) feet southwesterly along said right of way from a stake
at land formerly of F. Milton Welch; running thence on a line parallel
to the division line between said land formerly of F. Milton Welch and
land of the party of the first part, South 29 degrees 46 minutes 20
seconds East two hundred thirty (230) feet, more or less, to the high
water mark of the Bay; thence southwesterly along high water mark of
the Bay fifty (50) feet, more or less, to land of John T. Lamb; thence

TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the

adjoining said premises on the south.
TOGETHER also with a right of way over said twenty-five (25) foot strip
of land, running from the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described to said land formerly of F. Milton Welch, and thence
northerly, twenty-five (25) feet in width, along said land formerly
of F. Milton Welch about eleven hundred (1100) feet to land of Florence
Tuthill and continuing northerly along said land formerly of F. Milton
Welch sixteen (16) feet in width, over said land of Florence Tuthill
and land of Griffing to the Main Road; said right of way to run with
the premises hereby conveyed.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Walter Bollman
and Mary Bollman, his wife, by deed recorded in Liber 2.567 cp.288.
