or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

being north of Main Road at Orient in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the premises herein
described, said corner being South 55° 33 ' 10" West 33 .6 feet
from a stone monument set on the northeasterly line of a 33
foot private road known as Brown' s Hill Road 1833 .92 feet
northwesterly measured along said northeasterly line from its
intersection with the northerly line of the Main Road (Route
25) ;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning South 55" 33 ' 10"
West 115 .00 feet to land now or formerly of Luce;
THENCE alonq said last mentioned land North 41 ° 42' West 157.96
feet to the southeasterly line of a 33 foot private road known
as South View Drive; thence along said southeasterly line of

southwesterly line of said 33 foot private road known as
