WITNESSETH, that the party of thc first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, docs hereby grant and mica.sc unto thc party of
the second pan, thc heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, a one-
half undivided interest in and to
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot 9 and the southerly one-half of Lot 8 on "Map of Grccnport
Shores, Section One," which map was filed in thc Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 6/29/50 as
Map No. 1759, said lot and part of lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side ~of Shore Drive distant 352.7 feet southerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Shore Drive with the easterly side of
Shore Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds East, 125.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds West, 75.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 83 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds West, 125.00 feet to the easterly
side of Shore Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Shore Drive, North 6 degrees 19 minutes 20
seconds East, 75.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises conveyed to thc party of the first part by

TO(3ETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any

part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the.party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as

AND thc party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
