E. Denninbrton, dated February 13, 1995, recorded April 27, 1995 in Liter 11723 of conveyances at page 344 (as
to a ½ interest); by deed from James W. Dennington, dated March 29, 2004, recorded April 12, 2004 in Liber
12312 of conveyances at pagu 933 (as to a ~ interest); as specific devisee undvr the Last Will and Testament of
Margaret W. D~nnington also known as Margaret Denning~on, dec~tsed who died a resident of Suffolk County
on September 8, 2003, Surrogates File # 1767P2003 (as to a 'A interest).
TOGETHER with all right~ title and {nterest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TOHOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of thc party of the second par~ forever.
AND the party of the first pa~, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in complLance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the pan~y
of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and wlil hold the right to receive such
