P.C. dated August 5, 2010. Said parcel being more particularly. ~3ounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary line of Main Road, NYS Rte. 25 (North Road) at the
division line between the subject parcel on the west and lands now or formerly of John A. Castelto &
Sara Castello on the east; said point of beginning being the following two (2) courses and distances
