WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:

easterly line of a private road known as Brown' s Hill Road
intersects the said Northerly line of Main Road; running thence
along said easterly line of Brown' s Hill Road the following two
courses and distances; (1) North 31 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds
West 135. 18 feet; and (2) North 42 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds
West 108. 73 feet; running thence along lands known as Hill Crest
Estates, Section one, North 78 degrees 34 minutes 40 seconds East
441. 00 feet; running thence South 11 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds
East, 219. 72 feet to a point; running thence South 78 degrees 34
minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 337. 80 feet to the easterly
side of Brown' s Hill Road, to the point or place of BEGINNING.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien law, covenants that the party of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
