paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of had, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Unit No. LAI on a certain map entitled, "Map of
Cleaves Point Village Condominium" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 6, 1983 as Map No. 86.
BEING the same premises as those conveyed in a Deed dated August 24, 1983
and recorded on September 1, 1983 in Liber 9418 at Page 108.
SUBJECT to terms, conditions, charges, covenants, restrictions and easements
set forth in Declaration of Condominium and By-Laws in Liber 9354, cp 235;
amended in Liber 9395, cp 61;
SUBJECT to easement with New York Telephone Company and Long Island Lighting
