DECLARATION AND INSTRUMENT OF TRUST and by virtue of thc power and the

the second part, tho receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and
assign forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel oftand, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as lot No,
2 4 on a certain map entitled "Map of Laurelwood Estates" Laurel, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, survey completed July 15m, 1969 by Van Tuyl and Son, and
filed in the Office of the Clerk off!he County of Suffolk on May !7, !971 under File No,
5595.
TOGETHER with thc right to use a certain beach and walkway thereto, designaled
on the subdivision map as "Park and Playground" in common with others for bathing,
boating and other suitable recreational purposes.

The grantor herein being the Grm~tee in deed recorded April 7, 1997 in Libor I 1824,
page 137.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in
and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines
thereot;

first part in and to said promises,
