BEGINNING at the intersection of the westerly line of a private road
BLOCK known as Brown's Hills Road with the northerly line of a private road
01.00 known as South View Drive and running thence along the northerly line
of said South View Drive, south 56 degrees 00 minutes west, 206 .14
feet to an iron pipe and land of Philip Davis; thence along said land
LOT of Philip Davis, north 36 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds west, 347. 28
008.000 feet to the southerly line of a private road known as North View Drive;
thence along the southerly line of said North View Drive, North 82
degrees 40 minutes East, 120 feet to a pipe and land of Brown ' s Hills
Estates; thence along said land of Brown' s Hills Estates, South 71

the westerly line of said Brown' s Hills Road; thence along the westerly

TOGETHER WITH a right-of-way and the right in common with others, to pass
and repass over the streets, avenues and roads of Brown' s Hills Estates,
Inc. , dated July 5, 1955 and recorded in Liber 3923 of deeds at page 165,
July 7, 1955 to the Main Road (Rt. 25) .
TOGETHER WITH the right to use, in common with others, solely for re-
creational and not for commercial purposes, the common lands of Brown' s
Hills Estates, Inc.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 6447 cp. 256 .
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the parry of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will holdthe rightto receive such consideration as a trust fund
O to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the samefirst to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
In Witness Whereof,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and yearfirst above written.
