residing at 182-36 - 80th Drive, Jamaica Estates, New York,
party of the second part,
l WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
Oor successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being iRMox at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
\ and State of New York, known as and by Lot 20 on a certain map
I entitled, "Map of Green Acres at Orient" , and filed in the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 13 , 1962 as Map #3540 ,
\ being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
W BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive, where
the same is intersected by the division line between lots 19 & 20
on the above map; running thence North 9 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds
\ West, along the said last mentioned division line, 260 feet more or
less to Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long Island
Sound, 110 feet more or less to the westerly side of Lot 21 on the
above map; thence South 9 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East, along
the said last mentioned lot line, 260 feet more or less to the
northerly side of North Sea Drive; thence South 68 degrees 30 minutes
20 seconds West, along the northerly side of North Sea Drive, 110
feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated September 15, 1971 and recorded October
7 , 1971 in Liber 7022 Cp 248.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
