1279.54 feet to said southerly side of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE along said southerly side of Main Road, North 88 degrees 55 minutes
40 seconds East 160.76 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way over said 50 foot proposed road from the Southeasterly
corner of the premises Northeasterly and then northerly to the Main Road and also
from said Southeasterly corner of Southwesterly and then Northerly to said Main

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
