BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Youngs Road at the
northeast corner of land conveyed to Toba Laja Orra by deed from
Charles E. Staff and Kathryn M. Staff, his wife, dated 11/5/1962,
recorded 11/15/62 in Liber 5264 of conveyances at page 461;
RUNNING THENCE South 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West, along
said land conveyed to Toba Laja Orro, 147. 03 feet to land now or
formerly of Robert and Eleanor Hughes;
THENCE North 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West along said last
mentioned land, 200 . 11 feet to land now or formerly of Joseph L.
Saborida;
THENCE North 80 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East along said last
mentioned land, 165. 00 feet to a monument on the westerly side of
Youngs Road;
DISTRICT THENCE along the westerly side Of Youngs Road the following two (2)
1000 courses and distances: (1) South 09 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds
SECTION East, 167. 83 feet to a monument; (2) South 19 degrees 50 minutes
018. 00 30 seconds West, 36. 95 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BLOCK BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
