All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and beinggt at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, 3 bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of the Main Road, where the same District is intersected by the westerly line of Lot 181, as shown on Map of Orient by the 1000 Sea, Section Number 3, Number 6160; thence along the northerly line of the Main Road, two courses, as follows : Section 1) Southerly 89° 25' 10" West 210.67 feet; 015.00 2) South 88° 25' 20" West 60.25 feet to a pipe set at the southeast iilock corner of land of John Brissel; 08.00 running thence along land of John Brissel, North 0° 15' 00" West 180.01 feet to a pipe and Map of Orient by the Sea Section 3, number 6160; Lot running thence along last mentioned land North 870 09' 40" East 266. 32 feet to the 015.00 northeast corner of the premises herein described; running thence still along Map of Orient by the Sea, Section Number 3, number 6160, South 10 43' 00" East 189. 48 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by John H. Rankin, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Carole T. Rankin, to Wilbur W. Young and Lorine M. Young, his wife, by deed dated May 29, 1980 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 4, 1980 in Liber 8832 of Deeds at page 269. And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part \ will receive the c nsideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund o be appl ied first for the purpose of payi ng tha cost of the improvement and wil I apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
