6:45 p.m. #4356 - MARTIN KOSMYNKA. This is an application
for a Variance, based upon the Building Inspector's Action of
Disapproval which states that under Article III.A, Section 100-30A.4
(ref: Article XXIV, Section 100-244B), proposed accessory garage
will have insufficient front yard setback. Code requirements: 35
ft. minimum front setback and three foot setback from side property
lines for lots having less than 20,000 sq. ft. in area. Location of
Property: 1985 Pine Tree Road, Cutchogue; Parcel #1000=98-1-11. 2.
