Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the revised survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III stamped approved on May 18, 2011. Conditions: The fence will not have wire mesh, the fence on the south side of the property will not extend any further seaward than the "Zone ×" line, and the fence on the north side of the property will not extend any further seaward than a line drawn between the Neumann residence and the Guyton residence. Inspections: Final Inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
