The proposed fence will have a gate to the dock and connect to an existing split rail fence along the side of the property. The 8 feet was measured to the existing flag pole. The land area seaward of the fence will have a non-turf buffer. All as hand drawn on a copy ora survey dated January 9, 1994 prepared by Roderick Van Tuyl PC. Foster a pattern of development in the Town of Southold that enhances community character, preserves open space, makes efficient use of infrastructure, makes beneficial use of a coastal location, and minimizes adverse effects of development.
