Dear Ms. Doherty:
I am presently writing you in response to those comments that the
Board had during the recent public hearing on this application. At
that time the Board had asked that the project plans be modified to
depict a 10' wide non-turf buffer located immediately landward of
the reconstructed bulkhead and that the height of the bulkhead
should be raised to match the height of the adjacent bulkhead. For
th~ Board's review enclosed please find copies of our modified
plans that depict the requested buffer zone and that the height of
the reconstructed bulkhead shall be 6" greater than the existing
structure.
Upon the Board's review of these revised plans please feel ~ee t~
contact me any time with any comments or questions that you
mig[)~t have.
