Dear President & board members:
With reference to the above, my client wishes to add a
garage to their newly constructed home. Since the Fisher's
Island trip is scheduled for August 4th, we will stake the
proposed location of the garage and would respectfully request
that you inspect the property as a pre-submission inspection.
Enclosed is my check for $50.00.
My client and their architect are in the final stages of
their design but the proposed location will be staked for your
review and inspection. Enclosed is a diagram of the proposed
location of the garage. The garage is proposed within 100 feet
of the freshwater wetland edge. The proposed driveway will
continue to be made of pervious material.
I spoke to Dan Louis of the NYSDEC bureau of marine habitat
who said we could modify our open permit to include the garage.
They do not intend to be on Fishers Island for the Government
Officials day.
Thank you.
