Attachments: SCTM#: 1000-98-1-27.1 & 2.1 Project name: Indian Neck Farm Location: 4170 Indian Neck Lane, on 133+ acres on the south side of Indian Neck Lane, 646 feet west of Arrowhead Lane, Peconic, in the AC Zoning District Description: This site plan is for a change of use of 3 accessory barns from residential accessory structures to primary agricultural structures for the purpose to stable horses. Barn #1, noted as #17, on the site plan is 5,087 s.f., Barn #2, #18, is 6,885 s.f. and Barn #3, #19, is 5,087 s.f. Also, part of the proposal is a request for an apartment of 1,243 s.f. on the second floor of Barn #2 for the purpose of on-site supervision of the farm, six (6) proposed 12' X 24' pasture shelters and two (2) 12' diameter silos noted as #20. Action: Review comments & staff report- consider for possible Approval at 6/13 Attachments: Staff Report & Draft Resolution Southold Town Planninq Board Work Session - Pa.qe Two - June 6, 2011 SCTM#: 1000-62-1-3 Project name: North Fork Hardware Location: 54795 Route 25, Southold Description: This site plan is for the new construction of 3,694 sq. ft. of first floor retail, 3,000 sq. ft. of basement storage, 392 sq. ft. of accessory office, and 2,000 sq. ft. of attic storage with 27 parking spaces provided on a 20,002 sq. ft. parcel. Action: Review applicant's request for patio. Attachments: Letter from Applicant; Draft Letter to Applicant Location: (no #) private road off of East End Road, Fishers Island Description: This proposed lot line change/re-subdivision will transfer a 15,145 sq. ft. portion of F IDCO Lot 38-1 (SCTM#1000-7-1-6.1) to F IDCO Lot 38-2 (SCTM#1000-7-1-7). FIDCO Lot 38-1 will decrease in size from 2.06 acres to 1.71 acres and FIDCO Lot 38-2 will increase in size from 1.62 acres to 1.97 acres. Further, FIDCO Lot 38-7 (SCTM#1000-7-2-10) will transfer 11,640 sq. ft. to FIDCO Lot 38-2 (SCTM#1000-7). With this second transfer, FIDCO Lot 38-2 will ~ncrease ~n total size from 1.62 acres to 2.24 acres. FIDCO Lot 38-7 will decrease in size from 7.51 acres to 7.24 acres in the R-120 Zoning District.
