Public Hearing at 3:00 P.M. On December 7, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application of'Philip
Obenauer to fill on property, West Creek, Cutchogue.
Public Hearing at 3~05 P.M. On December 7, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall On the wetlands application of Enconsultants
Inc. on behalf of Frederick Raymes to construct a bulkhead,
boat launching ramp, dredge and backfill, Fordham Canal,
Greenport.
Public Hearing at 3:10 P.M. On December 7, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application of Enconsultants
Inc. on behalf of the Lagoon Association to maintenance
dredge, Wunneweta Lagoon, Cutchogue.
Reconvened Public Hearing at 8:00 P.M. on December 7, 1982
at the Southold Town Hall on the application of Nicholas
Schick for a change of zone from "A" Residential and
Agricultural District to "M-I" General Multiple Residence
District, Orient.

RESOLUTIONS:
1v/Southold Senior Citizens Club is granted permissiQn to
expend the remaining $80.00 of their allocation towards
a trip to Raleigh.
2~/Create the positon of Clerk-Typist for the office of
Southold Town Trustees and Community Development Director.
3/Decision On the Wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc.
On behalf of Edwin M. Latson. Public Hearing was held on
November 9th, 1982.
4/Southold Town Board approves the reimbursement of funds
under the Federal Safer Off-System Roads Program-S13,852.61
5/Southold Town Board declares the week of March 6th, 1983
as "Women's History Week"

8~/Southold Town Board ratifies and confirms the filing of an
application with the NYS Executive Dept, Division of Youth
for project funding for Youth Recreation and the Juvenile
Aide Bureau for 1983.
9/Approve the issuance of a bond Of $4,000 on behalf of
Raymond Doyen, Commissioner-Chairman of the Fishers Island
Garbage & Refuse District.
10~/Approve the issuance of a bond of $4,000 on behalf of
Kenneth L. Edward, Commissioner-Secretary of the Fishers
Island Garbage & Refuse District.
11.JRequest NYS Dept. of Transportation to conduct speed
surveys on four Town Roads.
12~outhold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc. for Strong's
Marine Center.
