l~Accept dedication of certain roads in the subdivision known
as "Sleepy Hollow"; roads: Sleepy Hollow Lane, Grissom Lane
and Willow Pond Lane.

2~Appointment of Assistant Inspectors under the Southold Town Fire Code for the term of one year.
3~outhold Town Board goes on record as favoring the "Sense of
County Legislature" resolution recommending that strict waster
pollution controls be placed on Zone 3.
4~Appoint Venetia McKeighan to the position of Senior Citizens
Center Manager at her present salary.
5~ppoint Marie D. Helinski to the position of Assistant Senior Citizens Center Manager at her present salary.

RESOLUTION:
12/Authorize the Town Clerk to readvertise for bids for the
purchase of gasoline for the calender year of 1983.
13/Authorize the Town Clerk to readvertise for bids for the
sale of scrap metal and paper by the Town of Southold.
14/Set a Public Hearing at 3:25 P.M. on Tuesday, December 21,
1982 to consider the proposed contract with the Village of
Greenport for the furnishing of water for fire protection
purposes - East-West Greenport Fire Protection District.
15?/Southold Town Board engage the services of Pierre G. Lundberg
as the Town Representative on the Arbitration Panel for the
P.B.A. contract.
16~/Trailer permit renewal by Ange & Barbara Boursiquot, Mattituck.
17~/ Cedar Beach Inlet stabilization, request to Greg Blass for
legislation for this project.
18~/Trip to Albany by Town Board, Town Attorney, Highway
Superintendent to discuss amending 201 Study, or pay
expenses of a representative from the D.E.C. to come
to Southold for the same purpose.
19/Urge County Executive to request Suffolk County Water
Authority to become involved in operation of Captain
Kidd Water Company (primarily county responsibility
to see that water is available.)
