SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AGENDA - NOVEMBER 23, 1982 PAGE 4 RESOLUTION: 12/Authorize the Town Clerk to readvertise for bids for the purchase of gasoline for the calender year of 1983. 13/Authorize the Town Clerk to readvertise for bids for the sale of scrap metal and paper by the Town of Southold. 14/Set a Public Hearing at 3:25 P.M. on Tuesday, December 21, 1982 to consider the proposed contract with the Village of Greenport for the furnishing of water for fire protection purposes - East-West Greenport Fire Protection District. 15?/Southold Town Board engage the services of Pierre G. Lundberg as the Town Representative on the Arbitration Panel for the P.B.A. contract. 16~/Trailer permit renewal by Ange & Barbara Boursiquot, Mattituck. 17~/ Cedar Beach Inlet stabilization, request to Greg Blass for legislation for this project. 18~/Trip to Albany by Town Board, Town Attorney, Highway Superintendent to discuss amending 201 Study, or pay expenses of a representative from the D.E.C. to come to Southold for the same purpose. 19/Urge County Executive to request Suffolk County Water Authority to become involved in operation of Captain Kidd Water Company (primarily county responsibility to see that water is available.) 2o/ (a)~ Appoint James McMahon effective 9/1/82--12/31/82 as Community Development Director at a fee not to exceed $3,600.00. 20~/ Pay $3,060.00 to Community Development Director James (b)~ McMahon for services rendered from 9/1/82--11/15/82. / 21/Reject Compost tractor bid and authorize Town Clerk to rebid. 22/Recognition of Welcome Home Vietnam Veteran Week.
