Account to New York State Department of Transportation
Bond Act Account.
13/Authorize payment of $11,458.85 to H2M for engineering
services inconnection with resurfacing of Sound Avenue.
14~Authorize $5,000.00 additional in engineering services
by H2M for the resurfacing of Sound Avenue project.
RESOLUTIONS:
l~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into a Cooperative
Agreement between the Town of Southold and New York
State Department of Environmental Conservation to provide
Fishing Access from town and state lands to Laurel Lake.

Enconsultants, Inc. for Edwin M. Latson to construct a
timber bulkhead and backfill, Greenport.

on behalf of Lagoon Association. Cutchogue.
6~ransmit the proposed Local Law to amend the Southold Town
Zoning Code to the Southold Planning Board and County
