RESOLUTIONS: l~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into a Cooperative Agreement between the Town of Southold and New York State Department of Environmental Conservation to provide Fishing Access from town and state lands to Laurel Lake. 2&/N~gative determination on the wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc. for Edwin M.
