RESOLUTIONS:
l~ngage the services of H2M Corp. at a sum of $1,500.00
to prepare an Environmental Review Record for the use
of Community Development Block Grant funds.in connection
with solid waste activities.
2~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement with
Unitel Communications and the Town of Southold for the
maintenance and repair service on the Town Hall telephone
equipment.
3./Negative determination on the w~tlands application of
Paul Birman to resheath existing bulkhead and fill spaces,
Cedar Beach Creek, Southold.
4~/Negative determination on the wetlands application of
Costello Marine Contracting Corp. for Anthony Prisco
to bulkhead and fill spaces, Cedar Beach Creek, Southold.
5JAuthorize Supervis6r 'Pell to enter into a maintenance
agreement with Mayday Communications for the communication
equipment at the Southold Town Police Department.
