19/Application of Nicholas Schick requesting a change of
zone on property in Orient to be changed from "A" Residential
and Agricultural District to "M-I" General Multiple
Residence District; direct this application be transmitted
to the Planning Department.
20/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
application of ~ic~olas S~hick for a change of zone in
21~outhold Town Board accept the minimum amount of $6,600
from the developers of the subdivision known as
Greenbriar Acres, Mattituck for Park and Recreation, in
lieu of a Park and Playground area in this major
subdivision.
