1/Authorize Supervisor William R. Pell III to enter
into agreement with Long Island Lighting Company
to furnish gas to the Town of Southold.
2/Decision of the wetland application of Enconsul-
tants, Inc. by Muriel Baldwin for the construc-
tion of bulkhead, Southold.
3~Engage the services of Ward Associates for Com-
~U~prehensive and Development Plan and Zoning Ordi-
=nance update at cost not to exceed $1,000.00.

Bill No. 10216 entitled "AN ACT to allow persons
in public employment on 16 August 1973 or their
executor, administrator or personal representative

N.Y.S. employees retirement system to file request
