Realty Co., for a Soil Removal Permit, Greenport. Public

8~/Set a Public Hearing at 3:05 P.M. on April 6, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on the wetlands application of Enconsultants
Inc. on behalf of Friedrich Krug to replace bulkhead and
backfill, Budd's Pond, Southold.
9/Authorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement with the
State of New York, Division of Substance Abuse Services for
a Drug Abuse Prevention Council Grant, $3,000.00.
10~Trailer permit application by Walter & Frank Sawicki, North Road, Southold.
11~/Southold Town Board goes on record as favoring and giving
its consent to the acquisition of Robins Island by the
County of Suffolk and the permanent preservation of the
Island through Nature Preserve and management by the Nature
Conservancy,

RESOLUTIONS:
12~uthorize the Town Attorney to draft a Local Law in regard
to amendin~hellfish Ordinance to include a fee of
$3.00 per ~/~for resident non-commercial permits and
to establish a limit of one hundred (100) clams per person
per day.
13~Permission granted to the Cutchogue Fire Department to use
Town Roads to hold their Annual Parade and Drill on Saturday,
July 17, 1982 at 6:00 P.M..
14~Set a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on April 20, 1982 at the
Southold Town Hall on "A Local Law to amend Chapter 92 of
the Code of the Town of Southold in relation to traffic
regulations"
15~Create the position of Executive Administrator to the
Supervisor/Town Board; advertise for resume's for the
position.
16~uthorize Peter DeBlasio to purchase and install one
resuscitator for the Senior/Youth Recreation Center.
