WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party-of the second part,.tie heirs

ALL that certain plot, pieceor parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in Am East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, Known and designated as Lot No. 63 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Pebble Beach Farms, East Marion, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as Map No. 6266, said lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the easterly side of The Long Way, distant 1026.92
feet southerly from the southernmost point of the arc of a curve running
along The Long Way as it turns to the left, said arc having a radius of 20.00
feet and a length of 31.26 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 76 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East, distant 379.52
feet to land now or formerly of Birten;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Birten, South 13 degrees 26 minutes 40
seconds East, distant 80.00 feet;
THENCE South 76 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West, distant 394.90 feet to
a point along the easterly side of The Long Way;

having a radius of 1470.00 feet and a length of 81.50 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
