RESOLUTIONS: l~The Southold Town Board authorizes Step III salary increment to Pamela McCaffery. 2~The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the wetlands application of Enconsultants, Inc. fOr Daniel Silverman and E. Cartnick to construct a catwalk, ramp and two floats; Wunneweta Pond, Cutchogue. 3~The Southold Town Community Development Block Grant Program will provide Subsidized Loans, Guaranteed Loans, Deferred Loans, and Grants for the rehabilitation of homes that are occupied by the elderly and other families meeting Income Guidelines. 4/The Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the - wetlands application of The Land Use Co., for North Fork Property Development (Lot 21) to install a bulkhead, two returns and dock; Deep Hole Creek, Mattituck. 5/The SouthoLd Town Board declares itself lead agency in the wetlands application of The Land Use Co., for North Fork Property Development (Lot 22) to construct bulkhead, two returns and ramp; Deep Hole Creek, Mattituck. 6~Authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the sale of scrap metal and paper by the Town. 7~Environmental assessment on the Petition of Irving L. Price, Jr for Louis Hodor and Max Stalleron their request for relief from the bulk requirements of the Zoning Code concerning East Marion Woods, Section I, East Marion. / 8~Set a hearing on the petition of Irving L. Price, Jr. for Louis Hodor and Max Staller on their request for relief from the Bulk requirements of the Zoning Code. 9/The Southold Town Board allocates funds to the Town of Southold Blood Program. 10~Authorize Supervisor Pell to execute a lease agreement with Agnes Reinhart for a storage building. /t ll~a~Authorize Supervisor Pell to execute the 1983 & 1984 Southold Town C.S.E.A. Miles; Mattituck. 16~The Southold Town Board declares an emergency exists at the entrance to Silver Eel Cove, Fishers Island and authorizes the Fishers Island Ferry District to engage the services of Whaling City Dredge & Dock Corp., to make the necessary repairs to both seven-pile dolphins. 17/The Southold Town Board appoints Donald A.
