of The Land Use Company, on behalf of Peter Micciche
to construct bulkhead and ramp on Corey Creek, Southold.

Public Hearing at 3:32 p.m. on November 29, 1983 at
$outhold Town Hall on the wetland application of
Frederick Falconer to maintenance dredge at East Creek,
Cutchogue.
Public Hearing at 3:35 p.m. on November 29, 1983 at
the Southold Town Hall on a Local Law, entitled,
"A Local Law to amend the Flood Damage Prevention Law
in relation to flood proofing residential basements;

1/ Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency
in the petition of Thomas R. Mercier, and Barbara
D. Mercier for a Change of Zone from "A" Residential
and Agricultural District to "B-i" Light Business

RESOLUTIONS:
5/Ratify and confirm the filing of an application with
the New York State Executive Department, Division of
Youth, for project funding for the Juvenile Aide Bureau
for project year January 1, 1984 through December 31, 1984.
6/Accept letter of credit, established by the North Fork
Bank & Trust Co., to expire on November 18, 1986, as
a bond for roads and improvements in the subdivision
known as Highpoint at East Marion.
7~outhold Town Board hereby registers their objection
with the New York State Senate and New York State
Assembly to the enactment of Senate Bill S-66, "To
Amend the Communications Act of 1934 to Provide
National Policy Regarding Cable Television."
8~Brecknock Associates be GRANTED/DENIED a change of zone
from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "M"
Light Multiple Residence District. Greenport.
9/Set a public hearing on December 13, 1983 at 8:00 p.m.
at Southold Town Hall on the proposed amendment to the

RESOLUTIONS:
16/Southold Town Board appoints Georgia Rudder as a Part-
time Clerk in the office of the Receiver of Taxes.
17.~The Southold Town Board, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 284 of the ~ighway Law, agrees that moneys levied
and collected for the repair and improvement of highways,
and received from the State,shall be expended for same.

18~Authorize Supervisor Pell to travel to Albany.
19~Supervisor Pell request the Real Property Tax Service
reject the bid of the successful bidder of Wendy Drive
and that proceedings be canceled.
20~Authorize Supervisor Pell to call for two Civil Service
Lists; Clerk-typist at $7,000 and Stenographer at $7,500.
