surface parking area, additional intertidal marsh

RESOLUTIONS:
/
39~The following fees shall be imposed and permits required
for the disposal of liquid and solid waste at the Southold
Town Landfill Site at Cutchogue, Effective Jan. 1, 1984:
1o Disposal of liquid septic waste=- twenty-five dollars
per year per vehicle, an additional fee of twenty-five
cents for each gallon of liquid waste so disposed of.
2. Annual permit fee of two hundred fifty dollars for
each compactor type vehicle disposing of solid waste.
3. Annual permit fee of one hundred dollars for each truck
of a capacity of over one ton shall be charged to
resident contractors.
4. Single use fee of fifteen dollars per load for each
single axle truck and twenty-five dollars per load for
each double axle truck shall be paid.
5. Single use fee of fifty cents for any vehicle of less
less than one. ton capacity, which possess, no-permit.
