1/Southold Town Board goes on record as supporting a

mutual, verifiable freeze on the testing, .roductlon,
and deployment of nuclear weapons.
2~ Authorize and direct Supervisor William R. Pell III
to give official notice to proceed with the work
outlined in Addendum No. 2 of the Fishers Island
Wastewater Facilities Plan.
3/Accept letter of credit as a performance bond of
Harold Reese and Fred Reese for roads and improve-
ments in subdivision known as "Harbor Light Estates. --
Southold.
4/Pending decision in the application of Lawrence Bruno
for a change of zone on certain property situated near
Greenport, from "A" Residential and Agricultural District
to "M-l" General Multiple Resident District.
5/Set a Public Hea~ing at'3:30 P.M. on November 15, 1983
at the Southold Town Hall on. "A LOCAL LAW t~ amend the
Southold Town Code in relation to Fees."
6./(a) The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to adver-
tise for bids for the purchase of heating fuel oil
for Town buildings for calendar year 1984.
Kb) The Town Clerk is authorized and directed to adver-
tise for bids for the purchase of 10,000 gallons,
more or less, of diesel fuel for calendar year 1984.

tise for bids for the purchase of gasoline for the
calendar year 1984.
7/Accept the resignation of John Flock, member of the
Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council, effective
date October 18, 1983.

9/Set Public Hearings on November 1, 1983 at the Southold Town Hall on the following wetlands applicayions:
/3:07 P.M. - The Land Use Co., for Ernest Wilsberg to construct
a bulkhead and maintenance dredge; on dredged canal of
James Creek, Mattituck.
/3:10 P.M. - The Land Use Co., for Jerry Bady to reconstruct
timber dock and bulkhead, and new section of bulkhead and
dredge two areas adjacent to dock; Town Creek, Southold.
/3:12 P.M. - Suffolk County Department of Public Works to
remove existing bridge and construct a new bridge; Jockey
Creek, Southold.
10/Appoint a Bay Constable from the Suffolk County Civil
Service List, effective date of starting~l, 1983.
