RESOLUTIONS
i.
Adopt amended bond resolution for purchase of landfill
equipment and construction of building at Southold Town
Landfill Site at Cutchogue, N.Y.
(b.) Authorize Town Clerk to publish estoppel notice of adopted
amended bond resolution.
(c.)
Accept the bid for the design, detailing, fabrication and
erection of a pre-engineered metal building at the Southold
Town Landfill Site At Cutchogue, N.Y. all in accordance with
the bid document at a base bid price of $221,770.00 less
alternate #7 of $1,700.00 plus alternate #8 an increase of
$2,000.00 the total cost of $222,070.00.
Accept the bid for supplying the Town of Southold with two
new ejector trailers and one used truck trailer.
Grant permission to the Seniors Club of Southold-Peconic
to hire one bus, total Town cost $212.00, the remainder to
be paid from their own funds.
Authorization to advertise for bids for one used garbage
compactor.
Authorization to advertise for bids for one line stripping
paint machine.
The Southold Town Board requests N.Y.S. Commission on
Cable Television to conduct investigations, inspections,
audits, hearings and other appropriate proceedings as
necessary to determine if Long Island Cable Television,s
operations are adequate, safe, and reliable.
