1/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Joseph Duggan to construct
bulkhead and dredge, Dawn Lagoon, Greenport.
2~outhold Town Board hereby accepts the following bids:
A/For the installation of Asphalt Paving and Curbing
,at the Southold Town Parking Field at Mattituck.
B~For the installation of Timber Guard Rail at the

3~outhold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Peter Micciche reconstruct and
enlarge an existing boat ramp and reconstruct existing
bulkhead, Dredged canal off Corey Creek, Southold.
4/Authorize the Town Clerk to transmit, to the Planning
Board, for comment: "A LOCAL LAW to amend the Southold
Town Code in relation to Fees".
5/Southold Town Board proclaims the week of September
18-24, 1983 as "Emergency Medicine Week."
8~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement with
Fishers Island part-time Bay Constable, John Clavin, to
extend his contract.
7~/Southold Town Board authorizes the transfer of $12,000
from Year VII Community Development Funds to Year VIII

programs for the youth residing on Fishers Island.

with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal
Aviation Administration for a grant in the amount of
$56,501 to conduct an Airport Site Selection/Master Plan
Study and Environmental Assessment for an airport to
service the Town of Southold.
18~outhold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of the Suffolk County Department of
Public Works to reconstruct bridge over Jockey Creek,
Southold.
19/Environmental Assessment on the wetlands application of
The Land Use Co., of Robert Stewart to construct fixed
dock, ramp and float, Mattituck Creek, Mattituck.
20/Environmental Assessment on the wetlands application of
Enconsultants, Inc. for Leonard Lang to construct
bulkhead, ramp, floating docks, and dredge, Budd's Pond,
Southold.
21/Environmental Assessment on the wetlands application of
Enconsultants, Inc. for John Bertani to fill lot to
raise homesite, construct one family dwelling, pool,
decks, drive, sanitary system, retaining walls, dock,
