RESOLUTIONS:
ii'Authorize Supervisor Pell to amend the agreement with the
North Fork Animal Welfare League, Inc. reducing the deposit
to $5,000.00 (assurance).
12/Authorize Chief Winters to enter into an agreement with Suffolk
County National Bank for the connection of a lease line alarm
system to Police Headquarters.
13~/Southold Town Board employs Alan E. Czelatka, as a Relief
Public Safety Dispatcher, at $5.00 per hour.

14~Authorize the Town Clerk to cause the dedication of a road
in Mattituck to be known as "EASTWARD COURT" in the sub-
division Eastward Manor.

15~Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
Wetlands application of Armado Cappa to create a pervious
surface parking area and wildlife habitat plantings, near
Mill Creek, Arshamomaque.

Plus for an Annual Full Service and Maintenance agreement.

to a new IBM Electronic 85 Typewriter and the lease of one
new IBM Electronic 85 Typewriter for the Town Clerk.
23~/Authorize the Superintendent of Highways, Raymond Dean, to
purchaseone Sand Spreaderfrom the Suffolk County Contract.
24~Authorize the Board of Commissioners of the Fishers Island
Ferry District to purchase two parcels of surplus government
property, consisting of land and buildings located on F.I.
for a total price of $695,000.
25~uthorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for snow
fence and T Posts for the Southold Town Highway Department.
