V. RESOLUTIONS:
1/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Richard Hiltz to construct a
bulkhead and backfill. Dug canal off Peconic Bay, Southold.
2/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of Anthony Forosich to construct
a bulkhead and backfill. Dug canal off Peconic Bay,
Southold.
3/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of George Koch to construct a
bulkhead and backfill. Dug canal off Peconic Bay, Southold.
4/Authorize Supervisor Pell to employ the necessary Lifeguards and Beach attendants, as needed.
