RESOLUTIONS: I/Pending decision on the wetlands application of Abigail A. Wickham, Attorney, for Constantine P. Georgiopoulos to fill lot and construct a single family residence. Public Hearing was held on April 19, 1983. 2~/~uthorize the Supervisor to enter into a lease agreement with the East Marion Fire District for the parking and driveway areas at the East Marion Fire House. 3~uthorize Supervisor Pell to enter into an agreement with Kenneth L. Edwards to perform Bay Constable services for the Town of Southold. 4~Award the bid for supplying and installing asphalt concrete at Fishers Island. 5~/Award the bid for furnishing and applying Asphalt Road Materials. 6~Southold Town Board requests the.enactment of Assembly Bill No. 7692 , "AN ACT to amend chapter 699 fo the laws of 1947, relating to authorizing the creatin of Fishers Island Ferry District in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County and providing for the election of its officers and management of its affairs, in relation to the aggregate principal amount which may be borrowed for the acquisition of ferry vessels; increasing amount of the petty cash fund and authorizing the establishment of capital reserve funds." 7~uthorize a pay increase for Elizabeth J. Moffatt. 8~Authorize the Southold Senior Citizens Club to hire a bus to Westbury Gardens and Museum . SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD May 24, 1983 PAGE 4 RESOLUTIONS: 9/The Southold Town Board expresses their appreciation to Trooper Gregory Gentile of the N.Y.S. Police for his outstanding service to the residents of Fishers Island. 10/Environmental Assesment on the wetlands application of ~%'James Bitses to construct a bulkhead, dock and dredge; Corey Creek, Southold. ll4outhold Town Board appoints individuals to the Conservation Advisory Council. 12~Authorize the payment to H2M Corp. for professional services. 13. Southold Town Board goes on record in opposition to the approval of evacuation plan over the objections of the County of Suffolk and Town of Southold. 14/Southold Town Board amends the final order establishing the Southold Wastewater disposal district. 15/Southold Town Board establishes the position of Maintenance Mechanic. 16~Authorize the Mattituck Senior Citizens Club to hire one bus to Mystic Seaport Museum.
