in its declaration of necessary emergency repairs and
accomplishment of said repairs by Whaling City Dredge &
Dock Corp..
18/Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
wetlands application of James Bitses to erect bulkhead,
dock and backfill; Corey Creek, Southold.
19~Southold Town Board declares itself lead agency in the
matter of the proposed Local Law to provide for a Moratorium
